The 1U 19" Rack mountable Fiber Optic patch panel features two 24 ports MPO to LC modules/Cassettes that makes it 48 LC ports total, two additional modules/Cassettes  may be added to accommodate up to 96 ports, 
this unit features a slide out tray that allows full access to both front and rear connections
